New cooperation partner: Kinderwald Kiel is also taking part in the Squirrel Forest Campaign

Kinderwald Kiel carried out a Squirrel Forest Campaign project in the Stifter Forest (see events 2008) with pupils from Alten-Holz primary school under the guidance of area forester Oeltzen. Just like squirrels the children gathered beechnuts and acorns and then they buried them in order to create a new forest. And not only that: Kinderwald Kiel is planning a large-scale event with the Squirrel Forest Campaign for the whole of the federal state of Schleswig-Holstein in autumn 2009.
